As the reformist leadership has been "usurped" to the iuslaboralistes, the maximiser rationality of the individual is monopolizing ideologically the description of the legal-labour nuclear institutions. This essay shows the ideological and conceptual postulates on which this efficiency reform approach is supported and it emphasizes the opportunity of Economic Analysis of the Law, even standing up the need for integrating the efficiency principle in the working logic, overcoming the formalist positivism.
