Abstract: The author analyzes, within the framework of the debate on the labour
governance of the ILO centennary, the impact that discourses on the crisis and
technological change have as elements of legitimization of policies to reduce
union power and labour fundamental rights with special incidence in the Span-
ish case. It also examines the difficulties faced by trade unions in the face of
individualization and precarious work, uniform regulation of wages and work-
ing time and changes in the company’s own organizational structure. It finally
points out the problems that have been created in collective bargaining since the
labour reforms of 2010 and 2012 and forecasts the need for a new institutional
framework that respects collective and union rights.

INDICATIONS OF LABOUR EFFECTS AT WORK THROUGH THE PLATFORMS

Abstract: One of the most recent economic realities is the work on platforms,
which has generated an interesting legal controversy: the nature of the legal
relationship between platforms and service providers (drivers, delivery drivers,
caregivers, etc.). We intend to analyze this question, deepening in what can be
the indications that lead to estimate the labor (or to reject it) of the legal rela-
tions.

THE RIGHT OF AUTONOMOUS WORKERS IN THE NEW ECONOMY
Abstract: The new economy has generated relations of provision of services real-
ly precarious. The basic attention given to this problem from the legal-labour
doctrine and from the legal casuistry has been developed in the fit of these rela-
tions in the area of the subordinate employment and the autonomous employ-
ment. It is a productive point of view and it has a long stroke. However, we also
have to raise the reasons of the boom of the autonomous work from the 80s of
the last century and the escalation of the precariousness which goes through it.
Certainly, great part of the concrete situations will not be able to be led to the
