Abstract: In this article we analyze the state of the judicial taxes, specially related to workers, after the Law 10/2012. The legal aid for workers has been a constant principle in all the procedural laws of the social area since the Law of Industrial Courts of 1908, which is now questioned by fiscal and procedural reasons.
