Abstract: The principle of work stability has an outstanding importance in our system of labour relations. Its interlocking in the Right to work and its structuring as a backbone of the unilateral guarantees in favour of the worker, in order to facilitate the maintenance of the job and to make it difficult its extinction through the demand of just cause, make it one of the rights which must be strongly protected when we face a labour reform.
