ALTERNATIVES OF HOW TO INVEST IN SPAIN
Various alternatives are open to the foreign investor once
the decision to invest in Spain has been taken:
• The incorporation of a Spanish company with its
own legal personality.
• The formation of a branch or permanent establish-
ment, both cases serving as an alternative to the in-
corporation of a Spanish company, neither of which
has its own legal personality.
• The penetration on the Spanish market may be
achieved using various forms of collaboration
agreements available, without establishing a centre
of operations.
