RESUMEN: El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo facilitar la interpretación de la
normativa de protección de datos en lo relativo a la obligación de notificar las brechas de seguridad
a la autoridad competente y, en su caso, a los interesados de modo que la notificación se gestione
siguiendo unas pautas orientativas, se comunique por el canal adecuado y contenga información
suficiente en base a las nuevas exigencias de la legislación.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this work is to facilitate the interpretation of the data
protection regulations with regard to the obligation to notify data breaches to the competent
authority a nd, where appropriate, to the data subjects so that the notification is managed
according to a guideline, is communicated through the appropriate channel and contains sufficient
information based on the new requirements of the legislation.
