in Law at the Community College of Rondônia - IESUR/FAAR. Since 2013, member of both Scientific
Law Research Laboratories: (i) Human Rights Laboratory - Working Group, Research and Studies on Hu-
man Rights and its dimensions; and (ii) Sustainability Laboratory - Working Group, Research and Studies
in Environmental Law and Sustainability. Professor Nunes has taught and published extensively in Brazil,
England, Portugal, Spain, USA, India, Greece and China.

should also be noted that he is a professor at the Institute of Criminology of the UCM where he teaches the
subject of Administrative Law II within the program of Studies for Private Detective. He has been an expert
associated with the Twinning project of the EU with Romania with a view to the harmonization of Romanian
regulations in order to facilitate accession from 2002 to 2004. He is the author of almost one hundred publications
in the field of administrative law, with special attention to the law community and the CAP. He has directed more
than ten doctoral theses and is a professor of the University Master in environmental policies at IUCA. Professor
Botija has taught and published extensively in Israel, Itay, Portugal, Spain, Germany and USA.
