Abstract: The time extension to ask for the recovery of the quote periods of the “ex-scholarship holders” which is carried out by the Royal Decree-Law 5/2013 is a great opportunity to think about the terms this possibility has been stated and, by extension, to determine if with this measure it is more important the will to make possible that those who, during a longer or shorter period of their professional career were deprived of their Social Security coverage can recover the entire or part of those periods of quote, mitigating this way the serious consequences this can bring in their future benefits of Social Security, mainly for their retirement...
