EL PROCESO DE REFORMA
DE LOS COLEGIOS PROFESIONALES

RESUMEN
El artículo analiza la regulación de los Colegios Profesionales en España y las
reformas que se han realizado en los últimos quince años y las que se deberían aco-
meter para garantizar la adaptación a la Directiva de Servicios y para promover un
entorno más competitivo. En este sentido, se estudia el entramado legal español don-
de confluyen disposiciones autonómicas y estatales. Se analiza a fondo también el
contenido del Informe sobre servicios y Colegios Profesionales de la CNC y las reco-
mendaciones para la liberalización que en él se contienen.

ABSTRACT
The article analyses the regulation of the Spanish Professional Colleges and the
reforms that have been undertaken in the last fifteen years and the ones that should be
done in order to guarantee their adaptation to the Services’ Directive and to promote a
more competitive environment. In this sense, it studies the Spanish legal network which
includes both, the State and the Autonomous Communities’ regulation. It also takes a
thorough look into the contents of the Paper put out by the CNC on services and Pro-
fessional Colleges and the recommendations included for their liberalization.
