Abstract: From a sociological approach to social intervention associated with communities, therefore unrelated to the comparative analysis of legal texts, an analysis concerning discrimination in employment affecting communities and Muslim women. Normative references are motivated by the need to contextualize the institutional experiences of Belgian and French intervention. The purpose is to highlight the deficits in the intervention capacities, not legal, a phenomenon exclusive socio disadvantages which translates salary, employment rate, unemployment rate and to enter and stay in the labor market.
